How did you get into real estate?
From the Nexus of the Public Trust, IBM in London and developing residential real estate in the early 70’s Tony Rich invited me to join his team at Rich Real Estate and I was engaged.

What has been the secret of your success?
Focus on your own business plan, do not be concerned with the competition

Who has been your biggest inspiration?
The biggest inspiration came to me when I was a young man traveling in Northern Italy, a young lady drove past me…fast, really fast in a bright red Ferrari and I thought dam I am getting a car like that”

All of the West End Precinct

What’s the best thing about living in New Plymouth?
Born and bred in New Plymouth and despite working across various parts of New Zealand with the public trust and doing my OE in London- New Plymouth has so much to offer and always has with its geography and man made land marks.

What’s your favourite way to spend a Sunday (if not working)?
Open up the house and let the sun in, listen to Graham Donlon on radio, sport on TV and family catch-ups
